Resolved - During the deployment of GX2 Production Release v2026.1 (deployment #1), an unexpected issue arose that affected progress in production environments in the US and Canada. This caused the deployment to exceed the original maintenance timeline and resulted in temporary service disruptions for some users between March 14, 2026, at 19:00 UTC and March 16, 2026, at 04:03 UTC. The issue has been resolved, the deployment has been completed successfully, and services have returned to normal operations. A root cause analysis will be shared shortly as part of our standard process.
