A fix has been implemented and a restart is no longer considered necessary. We are currently monitoring the application.
Identified
We are continuing to monitor Trubox APP02 performance. An emergency restart of some services will be performed at 12:00 PM Eastern time. All users will be unable to access Trubox for a short period.
Investigating
Cority is currently monitoring a possible performance issue with Trubox services on APP02.
